How can I pay for my purchase? 

We accept several modes of payment to make it super easy for you. 

PayPal (Credit Card & Debit Card)
Credit/debit card purchases are processed by PayPal. Sign up for your free PayPal account at the PayPal website or during checkout. 

Hitpay- Accepts Gcash, Visa, Mastercard, ECpay, Bayad Center, Instapay, Unionbank online, PesoNet, Palawan Pawnshop, 

Bank Deposit
We accept BDO and BPI bank transfers. Please follow the instructions at the checkout page.

How do I make a purchase? 

It's easy. Here's a step-by-step guide to help: 

1. Click on a product you would like to buy. 

2. Press the Add to Cart button 

At this point the product will be added to your online shopping cart at the top-right of the screen. 

You can continue to browse and add products to your shopping cart. Once you're ready to make your purchase, click on your shopping cart at the top-right of the screen and then press the Checkout button. 

3. Fill out your payment and shipping info. 

Once you've successfully made a purchase, you will get an email confirming your order. 

Where do you ship? 

We ship anywhere in the Philippines usually thru our partner courier JRS. We also take international orders, and we ship them using DHL. 

Do you accept COD?

As of now, we do not accept COD orders as we are still fine tuning our shop and figure out how to go about it with our courier service partner. Rest assured we are continuously improving our shop. Thank you for your patienceAs soon as we get a hang 

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. 

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive? 

For local orders in the Philippines, it usually takes 2-5 business days. For orders within davao, order delivery takes about 1-2 days.

When your order is on the way to you, you will get an email from us confirming that we've shipped out your order. 


What's your return and exchange policy? 

We accept items for exchange within 5 days from date of purchase provided that the item is in the same condition as it was received. 

In case of returns, we will be glad to give you a full refund in the form of store credits. Returns are only accepted if the item is in the same condition as it was received.  

With what materials are the pendants, charms and chains made of? 

Our materials are a combination of either clay, stainless plated hardware, fresh water pearls, mother of pearl, crystals, glass beads, leather and semi precious stones.  

What are your materials?

Our focus is on using safe and high-quality materials to guarantee customer satisfaction. Utilizing a combination of Polymer clay, Semi precious stones, Crystals, Fresh Water Pearls, Majestic Pearls, Gold plated and Stainless steel hardware, we ensure to all our customers that our products boasts an exquisite design that is both elegant and durable. 

Are your fresh water pearls real?

YES! Freshwater pearls are real, cultured pearls, grown in lakes, rivers, as well as ponds. They  are the most commonly produced pearls, their unique shapes and wide range of colors combined with their attractive prices and charming character, have made them a favorite among jewelry designers, shoppers and pearl connoisseurs alike.

How do I take care of my jewelry or pieces? 

It should not be worn when swimming, while bathing, while exercising or while putting on perfumes, lotions, or hair products. If you would like to clean your stainless plated jewelry, use a damp soft cloth and make sure to fully dry the piece before wearing. Please do not use harsh chemicals including jewelry cleaners or polishing cloths as this will affect the finish of the piece. Instead, use a mild or chemical-free organic soap to clean your piece. Avoid washing the necklace too frequently to preserve the finish and luster of your piece. It is always best to store your piece in the provided box or in a covered container. 

Do your pieces tarnish? 

Pieces may tarnish if they are not properly stored or taken care of. Remember that this is not fine jewelry so it is important to follow the care instructions provided to prolong the life of your piece. Please note that if you're acidic, it will most likely tarnish. 

Can I see your products in person? 

We'd love to give you an intimate shopping experience. Email us at kathrynfanlo@gmail.com with the subject 'PRIVATE VIEWING' to shop at our showroom. You can also visit our physical shop located at Likha Gift Shop, Acacia hotel Lanang Davao City. We also appreciate if you can send us a message of your schedule so we can accompany you.  

Can you customize the length of your bracelets and necklaces?

Yes, we do customize the length. Just drop us a message and we will gladly entertain your request. However, most of our necklaces are adjustable in length, it is suitable for deep necklines and high-necked T-shirts  

Will you restock items that are sold out? 

We only produce a very limited number of pieces per design and usually do not restock once it's sold out so if you see something you like, add it to your cart before someone else does!  

Do you accept custom made orders?

We prepare a personalized selection that are suitable for your color type any wardrobe. Just send us a DM for your queries.
